Patricia’s experience with Sooma therapy: returning to activities she had given up
For Patricia Reyes, fibromyalgia had meant giving up activities because of pain and discomfort. Now, as she completes her 20th Sooma therapy session, she describes feeling significantly better—and being able to do more again.
“I feel that my health has improved by about 70%.”
This is Patricia’s own assessment of how she feels. Alongside a significant decrease in pain, she describes renewed motivation as activities she had stopped doing become possible again.
“I can do things I had stopped doing”
For Patricia, the improvement is about more than less pain. Being able to return to activities has also changed how she feels about what she can do.
“I feel so much better and more motivated knowing that I can do things I had stopped doing because of the discomfort caused by fibromyalgia.”
She does not name specific activities, but her message is clear: being able to do more again has been a meaningful part of her treatment experience.
Feeling calmer and more positive
Patricia also describes feeling calmer, more positive, and encouraged. She expresses gratitude for the care she has received and the changes she has noticed.
“Thank God, and thanks to the treatment I’ve been receiving here, I feel calmer, more positive, and more encouraged.”
