Treatment instructions
Sooma tDCS is incredibly easy to use. Just follow the instructions below.
Preparations before the treatment
Make sure that you have all the pads you need to start the treatment. Additionally, ensure the device’s battery is fully charged to last the entire treatment session.
Starting the treatment
Follow the step-by-step instructions in the Sooma App. Prepare the cap by placing the electrode cups inside the cap, then connect the cables to their respective colors from the outside. Place new pads in the electrode frames.
Once the cap is ready to use, place it snugly on your head, paying special attention to the correct position of the cap and the contact quality of the electrodes. Finally, press the button on the Sooma device to start the treatment session.

During the treatment
During the treatment session, you may engage in light, enjoyable intellectual activities, such as solving sudokus or puzzles, reading, writing, or playing a musical instrument. You can also just sit down and relax, if you prefer. Fill in any questionnaires available in the Sooma App.
After the treatment
Detach and throw away the used pads. Rinse the electrodes and cap in warm water and wipe dry. Recharge the Sooma device if needed.
